Returns and Exchanges
If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan, you can still return it unless it is a clearance item marked as “Final Sale”. Here’s our return policy:
- Any return request can be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days after the order is placed.
- Shipping costs for returning the product from your home to our facilities will be at your own expense.
- If the product was purchased for promotion or at a discount, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
- The product was purchased from the OUTLET section or was in Clearance.
- The product was incorrectly installed, contrary to the instructions in the manual.
- The product shows signs of wear, significant use, or missing parts.
- The product appears to be intentionally damaged or altered.
- The original packaging is damaged.
- The color or size of the fan was not what the customer wanted.
Return Process:
- When requesting email Customer Service at cs@northamericanbrands.com, you will be asked for photos of the product to verify its condition and ensure it is in optimal shape.
- Once the return is approved and you send the product back, a physical inspection will be performed. If the condition does not match the previously submitted photos, the return cannot be processed.
- When returning a product, it is your responsibility to properly pack the item to avoid damage during return shipping. We encourage you to take all necessary precautions to ensure the item is secure.
- If you previously initiated a return and wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service.
Exchange Conditions:
- Only new (unused) products with original tags and packaging will be accepted, or in case of manufacturing defects, subject to Hunter Fan’s review.
- If your product has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us.
- An exchange will proceed in the case of a shipping error by Hunter Fan in color or size, provided the product is new and in original packaging. Otherwise, you must submit photo evidence of the product and box for review.
In the rare case that your fan is defective, please do NOT return the fan. Instead email customercare@hunterfan.com or call 1-888-830-1326 and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan.
